Vertage crumble
⅓ Cup
baby spinach leaves
6 Cups
arugula
2 Cups
pistachios (rough chop)
2 Tbsp
Strawberry (sliced)
2 oz
red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp
minced shallot
1 Tbsp
dijon mustard
2 tsp
Salt and Pepper
to taste
Put on your chef whites and follow

Directions

STEP

In a small bowl, whisk together red wine vinegar, shallot, mustard and kosher salt. Add pepper to taste.

STEP

In a large bowl combine spinach, arugula, pistachios, strawberries, and Vertage crumble.

STEP

Lightly toss until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

STEP

Add dressing to the salad mixture and toss again, then salt and pepper to taste.
