Impossible ground burger

Vertage American cheddar

Directions
STEP
Place the Impossible meat, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, pepper and 1 tsp salt in a bowl and mix thoroughly using your hands to combine. Divide Impossible meat into 6 pieces and form into 1/4-1/2 inch thick patties.

Cook the burgers over medium heat for 90 seconds on each side or until medium rare. Top with Vertage cheese, cover and cook for another minute or until the cheese melts.

While the burgers are cooking, make the guacamole. Add avocado, lime juice, 1/2 teaspoon salt, Vertage sour cream and cilantro to a bowl and mash into desired consistency.

Build your burger adding a slice of tomato, lettuce, onion slices, patties with cheese, a large spoonful of guacamole in between the burger buns.
