Vertage smoked gouda
2 Slices
Thinly sliced apple (Pink Lady or Gala)
Arugula
Handful
Stone ground mustard
Unsalted plant-based butter
Sliced French bread
Put on your chef whites and follow

Directions

STEP

Heat a panini grill to medium-high.

STEP

Butter the outer sides of the bread then spread mustard on the inside of the bread.

STEP

Build the panini, layering one slice of Vertage Gouda cheese, 2 slices of apple, a handful of fresh greens, then add a second slice of Gouda between the French bread.

STEP

Grill until golden brown and the cheese has melted.
